Abstract

YouthPact is a partnership of four organisations:Co-operation Ireland (Lead Partner), Ulster University, the National Youth Council of Ireland and POBAL. This report reflects on six key areas of YouthPact’s support work with youth workers delivering peace programmes along the border regions of Ireland. These learning events include training events, partnership specific events,coordinators’ meetings, Young Voices events,reflective practice hubs and accredited youth work training to identify impact, improvements and recommendations. Data is drawn from a range of sources including participant feedback forms, focus groups, and interviews, spanning the four years of the Peace4Youth Programme.
