Abstract
This report provides academic analysis of a rights-based approach to policy in relation to children and young people in Ireland and Northern Ireland. It explores the function of policy development and implementation; maps the policy environment for children and young people in both jurisdictions; and analyses policy provisions for chidlren and young people, drawing against the General Measures of Implementation as a tool for 'good' policy.
