Abstract
This paper discusses the role of trust in building and maintaining a successful staff-student partnerships.Specifically this paper identifies students perceptions of trust in staff student partnerships the salient attributes of trust through an extensive literature review and through the application of a student survey.More specifically, the purpose of this paper is to identify the role of trust in staff student partnerships.
