Abstract
This paper aims to enhance and open a dialogue on transitional justice, mental health and psychosocial support, providing direction and examples of the integration of mental health and psychosocial support and transitional justice. This paper feeds into the United Nations system-wide project on renewing the United Nations approach to transitional justice led by the Executive Office of the Secretary-General, in collaboration with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
