Abstract

A small-scale research project investigating the impact of group supervision as a method of achieving competence. I was the sole researcher on this project, designing the study, conducting the fieldwork and undertaking the analysis. The methodology used a mixed method approach and ascertained that group supervision was an effective method of achieving competence for social work students
