The first mission had focussed on the Assessment of Needs and the development of a proposed Training Framework. Our second mission helped to develop the content of the training package and design the Training for Trainers workshop which was delivered on the third mission. This was also an opportunity to further align the package to local needs and to plan for its implementation across the country. Previous reports contain details of the work undertaken and the resources produced. This report focuses on the third mission
