Abstract

This poster represents the development of a prototype for a measurement tool of the human hand to be used for arthritis patients. The prototype integrates the 'Interactive Hand' research which involved the development of an articulated 3d digital model of the skeletal system of the human hand. This model has been integrated into a working prototype which includes use of a DataGlove for tracking movement of the human hand joints. The prototype includes software and graphical user interface (GUI) development.
