Abstract

A English language collection of 17 contemporary short stories originally written in Irish by Micheal O Conghaile (with an Introduction by Brian O Conchubhair). The translators include Katherine Duffy, Gabriel Rosenstock, Frank Sewell, and Alan Titley. The 5 stories translated by Frank Sewell are 'Father', 'The Book of Sin', 'The Rock', 'With These Hands', and 'Junctions'.
