Abstract

This book is designed to support A Level Geography students and covers changes in primary, secondary and tertiary economic activities, the causes and effects of some of those changes and presents a number of brief case studies. The increasing integration of the sectors with globalisation is examined . Case studies covered include agriculture in Brittany, iron and steel industry in the UK, tourism in Nepal, globalisation and multinational corporations with a case study of Cargill.
