Abstract

There is a cost to caring and professsional who provide care and support for those who have undergone life's traumatic expereiences often find themselves personally and professionally impacted by this work. This paper examined Emotional Intelligence as a personal resilience tool for in order to more positively recognise and manage this vicarious impact.
