Abstract

Video interview segment on Supervising Doctoral Studies: Evaluating Research Potential in Applicants as part of Research Skills Portal published by Epigeum. In these video sequences I was asked to reflect on the role of Doctoral Supervision for Doctoral Research by Practice covering questions such as "What makes an effective interview?"; "What are the three most important questions you ask?" and "How do you respond to a candidate who is perhaps more shy or diffident?"
