Abstract
Young people across the island of Ireland face rising mental health pressures, long waiting lists, and uneven access to culturally relevant support. Insights from Atlantic Futures Research Stream 4’s research on the acceptability and implementation of digital mental health supports, combined with an all-island policy dialogue, show that digital tools can play a meaningful role — but only when they are trusted, simple, culturally relevant, and embedded in everyday settings where young people already feel safe.
