Abstract

The World of Threads Festival is a leading international showcase of contemporary fibre and textile art. Space/Pattern was selected for the FLOW exhibition.

The piece is the latest in a series of work exploring the impact of limits on practice, creating the space to work, exploring compositional space and pattern in the urban landscape.

In Space/Pattern/Place I continue to explore a sustainable approach to practice, from an ethical perspective, a practical perspective and an artistic perspective.
