Abstract

The Social Work Workforce Review 2022, provides an overview of the current status of the social work workforce and provides commentary on strategic planning. The focus is on the following key areas: 'Supply • Safe Staffing • Workforce Planning • Workforce Business Intelligence • Retention • Workforce Development'. Recommendations relate to all areas and how to navigate challenges in retention and recruitment of social workers into the future.
