Abstract

This book covers geographical statistical and graphical methods and has been written especially for the CCEA Geography AS and A2 specification, and has been badged by them. Geographical skills such as the selection of appropriate sources, techniques to identify and how to collect evidence from both primary and secondary sources are all covered. Statistical techniques including Chi-squared, Location Quotient, Spearman's Rank and Nearest Neighbour are demonstrated and explained. The effective presentation of results and the rationale of the final conclusions are covered.
