In information processing systems in practice, it is difficult to establish some IF-THEN implication relations on two universes of discourse, beyond obtaining some correspondences between some groups of data, which approximately imply the corresponding relations between the essential properties of objects. This paper presents a novel method for the acquisition, representation, and adjustment of IF-THEN rules based on uncertain information with set-valued statistical laws instead of single values or vector statistics. This formalized method provides an efficient and novel computational way to more factually describe and model practical problems with statistical laws.
