Abstract
This survey analyses the performance of the Northern Ireland rental market during the first half (January to June; ‘H1’) of 2020. The report provides an analysis of trends and patterns at a regional level during this six-month period, drawing
comparisons with the second half of 2019 as a measure of half yearly change and with the same period in 2019 as an indicator of annual change.
