Abstract

The Position Paper draws on extensive research and consultation with survivors of historical institutional child abuse by Prof Lundy. It sets out survivors views on redress needs and their assessment of the HIA Inquiry redress recommendations. The Panel of Experts on Redress is a survivor-driven advocacy initiative.
