Abstract
‘On Creative Spirit’ outlines a three step methodology for building an idea generation culture from which ideas will naturally flow. I believe this requires three simple steps that can be adopted by organisations, both large (with thousands of employees), to small (with just a handful of employees). The steps in the process required are as follows: ‘Priming the Brain’, ensuring brains are conditioned for idea generation; ‘Choosing a Conductor’, identifying appropriate team leaders to guide the creative process; and ‘Encouraging Chance Collisions’, ensuring studio and office spaces are optimised for creative collisions.
