Abstract

The work accomplished in this article discusses the design and testing of microfluidic platform for carrying immunoassay. The approach is based on continuous flow of fluid where the platform involves micro-channel and micro-chambers built with Poly-Di-Methyl-Siloxane (PDMS) on glass. The design involves six reagent storage chambers, one reaction chamber and one waste disposable chamber. The chamber where the reaction takes place was coated with nitrocellulose membrane.
