Abstract
This chapter, published annually since 2013 under the auspices of the Transitional Justice Observatory of the Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, reports on truth, justice, reparation and memory challenges in Chile. The 2018 edition marks the 20th anniversary of the Pinochet case in Spain, and concludes that while domestic prosecution of crimes against humanity continues in Chile, worrying signs of denialism, and a return to open celebration of the Pinochet dictatorship and its crimes have been accentuated under the right wing administration that took office in 2018.
