Abstract
The National Original Print Exhibition, established by The Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE), was an international printmaking open submission exhibition held at The Bankside Gallery in September 2019. The panel of judges, Eileen Cooper OBE RA Hon RE, Holly Johnson, Professor Peter Lloyd, Professor David Ferry PRE and Michelle Grffiths VPRE, selected 227 works from a large number of submissions. My submissions "Talking Sheds", and "Upcycled Dog" were accepted for exhibition, taking the form of 3 dimensional print constructions based on concepts of Anthropomorphism in relation to inanimate objects around the home.
