Abstract
Media Law in Northern Ireland varies slightly from that in England and Wales. In this chapter Murphy and Rowntree articulate the key differences between media law in the different countries. This includes significant differences in regard to libel law, court reporting restrictions and other pieces of legislation relating to counter terrorism measures.
