Abstract

This short film was one of 25 selected from 20 countries for the ‘Emerge and See’ festival, Berlin, Germany - Tokyo. IEMERGEANDSEE exhibits innovative motion pictures, animations, documentaries and experimental imagery from around the world and was nominated as a finalist. The short film competition for 2010 had the theme “Hybrid Metropolis: In between spaces” and dealt with the “self” vs. the “other”, with questions about identity, the meaning of (urban) space and life in between and within different cultures.
