Abstract
This session will be developed and presented by the behavioural insights workstream, which has the aim of investigating the current behaviours and barriers towards gaining fair and inclusive employment and making informed recommendations on how to encourage behaviour change amongst the targeted population to support fair and inclusive employment.
The focus of this session will be surrounding one of EPIC Futures NI’s target group, Women within Northern Ireland. During which we aim to take the audience on a journey through the behavioural insights workstream’s different approaches to public and community engagement in relation to our research question and aims. We will explore the different collaborative approaches, data collection methods, results, public engagement and policy implications associated with the behavioural insights workstream.
