Abstract

IMAKILLER is an adaptation of the pervasive game by Steve Jackson. The project is developed as a course induction for Higher Education. It uses a series of embedded learning objectives and structures of play to help students create collaborative bonds within the course through shared objectives, experiences and common goals. This use of play is designed to help students orientate themselves spatially within the campus and create a system of play to monitor students ability to respond to a series of core digital literacies.
