Abstract

This book is designed to address the second section of the Human Geography unit for A2 level on Global Issues. The first part of the book covers air pollution, including the problems of defining pollution, sources of air pollution, the consequences of air pollution and the global warming debate. There is also support for a primary investigation. The second part of the book concerns agricultural change and its impact, and examines that change and the environmental consequences of it. It also examines the GM crops debate and provides support for a primary invesigation in that area.
