Abstract
Assessment is at the core of higher education,. It is also at the core of many colleagues workload. Assessment rubrics help manage that workload and designing an effective and coherent assessment rubric is complex task, requiring clarity, fairness a way to differentiate across performance levels and user friendly written text comments.
