Abstract

This chapter produces evidence from empirical research conducted during the training of several cohorts of journalists. It explores the most effective ways to teach trauma and resilience. Several methods were tried and each evaluated using techniques like the Conor Davidson Resilience Index. Techniques ranged from interactive online learning, immersive forest learning, role play and hybrid methods.
