Abstract
As a directorate within the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Norwegian Agency forDevelopment Cooperation (Norad) commissioned this report to provide a synthesis of key concepts, current practice and actors in the area of education and fragility and an analysis of Norway’s contribution to the field, with the aim of informing future practices and positioning.
