Abstract
The future of work, jobs and career is increasingly called into question, driven significantly by technological, cultural and social acceleration. Multinational employers are looking for the ‘Generation-Z’ student to demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with teams all over the world. To meet this demand, Ulster University has designed and incorporated a module called ‘Cultural Awareness’ (values, traditions and practices) into the curriculum to prepare our students for sustainable employment in the international world of work.
