Abstract

The Cyber Security Growth Action Plan is an independent report commissioned by government from Bristol University and Imperial College London. It aims to turbocharge growth in the UK’s cyber sector and unlock more jobs, support innovation, and drive forward delivery of the government’s Plan for Change.

The action plan was published on 19 September 2025.
