    Abstract

    Cost benefit analysis of tackling fuel poverty is assessed using data from Northern Ireland's Warm Homes Intervention scheme. Results of a classic HHSRS analysis suggest that, for every £1 investing in Warm Homes, 42 pence is returned in government health cost savings.
