The published online version contains the following errors: & On the cover page "JRC Management Committee" – should be corrected to JRC-EUROCAT Management Committee & In the authors list under the title, same as above, "JRC Management Committee" should be corrected to JRCEUROCAT Management Committee & In the abstract, third line "EU Joint Research Centre" should read "EC Joint Research Centre" & Affiliation number 5 should be: European Commission, Joint Research Centre, Directorate F - Health, Consumer and Reference Materials, Ispra, Italy.
