Abstract

This chapter will explore the meaning of leadership ‘style’ while leading some aspect of a person-centred curriculum, and how a person-centred approach to leadership can shape the way a programme of work is led. We are aware that leadership can mean different things to different people and that no universally accepted definition exists. However, in this chapter we will be offering activities for each ndivduals and/or teams to engage with and explore the prospect of leading curricula from a person-centred paradigm, thereby achieving congruence between what you am to achieve and how you go about achieving it. ’
