Abstract

This chapter discusses how the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into cardiology has improved clinical practice in the field, offering tools that enhance diagnostic accuracy, streamline workflows, and personalise patient care. The application of different AI tools currently used to aid diagnosis/treatment of specific pathologies in all imaging modalities is explored. The impact of the integration of AI into wearable devices is discussed alongside the challenges and limitations for the future.
