Abstract
Report commissioned by Ofcom and the National Digital Participation Working Group setting out the rationale for digital participation in the Northern Ireland context and mapping the 5-year strategy. The report has been accepted by the members of the NI Digital Participation Hub, now renamed as the NI media Literacy Hub.
