Abstract
The Welfare Reform Bill 2012 proposes significant changes to the structure of the current social security system. This research examined whether the 2012 Bill was compliant with the United Kingdom’s and Northern Ireland's domestic, European and international human rights obligations, with particular emphasis on the implications of the 2012 Bill for Northern Ireland.
