WE CAN: Women's Empowerment, Capacity and Action, Now

This project focuses on gender, empowerment and activism with a strong focus on holistic approaches to personal and societal transformation including wellbeing. The activity is centred upon three themes and is delivered with partners (Alternatives and Elmsfield) to work with participants on: Social action including leadership, citizenship and social capital Violence and harm against women and girls Rights, Responsibilities and Activism Research is undertaken at base-level, mid-point intervention and post-intervention. This is to measure transformation but also assess identity, activism and gender based harms within PUL communities.
