This project will assess the influence of vestibular stimulation on the following neurological conditions - 1) insomnia and 2) anxiety. The project will consist of two stages, each stage investigating one specific disorder and the impact of vestibular stimulation on the severity of respective symptoms. Each stage will have 90 participants randomized into either a Sham or Active group. Duration of each intervention - 4 weeks A series of online validated questionnaires will be used to assess measures relating to that particular condition. All data will be collected remotely throughout the duration of each intervention. Adverse event reporting will also be recorded. The work will involve: - final screening appointments - data collection - analysis - writing of the manuscript for scientific publications (10 month research contract)
