Project Details

Description

This project explores how emerging AI technologies are reshaping access, participation, and future creative work within Northern Ireland’s screen industries, particularly for underrepresented and early-career creatives. While AI is rapidly transforming film, television, and digital production workflows, there is growing concern that existing inequalities in access to creative industries may be reproduced or intensified. At the same time, AI also presents opportunities to democratise aspects of storytelling, production, and creative development for new entrants and historically underrepresented voices.
