BRCD 5GIR is supporting the rapid growth of the Belfast City Region’s innovation economy by making targeted investments in initiatives to accelerate the deployment, adoption and commercialisation of advanced wireless technologies in high-growth sectors across the region and Northern Ireland. The targeted initiatives are: •5G Film Anywhere Working with one of the UK’s leading Film and Virtual Production facilities, Studio Ulster to unlock ‘5G-in-a-box' to provide real-time, high-capacity uplinks between on-location filming and production studios.
