Project Details
Description
Our overarching aim will be to: Investigate the current landscape of secondary dementia prevention to identify those optimal commissioning, structures, and processes of integrated Brain Health Services.
This aim will be addressed through four research questions:
1.How, by whom, and to whom, is secondary dementia prevention being commissioned and delivered?
2.Which structures and processes of Brain Health Clinics are necessary to deliver integrated risk advice to those at risk of dementia?
3.Are participants navigated to additional interventions and, if so, what is the reach and extent of these interventions?
4.What are the perceptions of individuals as to receiving dementia risk advice in brain health clinics?
