NI Schools | GenAI Pilot - MS

The PI has been approached by C2K and Microsoft Ireland EDU to conduct research into pilot use of AI enabled platforms in NI schools. The research aims to: Understand the baseline attitudes of teachers towards AI. Identify the reported applications and opportunities for Generative AI (GenAI) in education. Assess the reported impact and benefits of GenAI access and supported use in education. Investigate the reported barriers to adoption and risks that GenAI presents for schools in Northern Ireland (NI). Determine the types of support teachers would like to receive to advance their impactful use of AI in classrooms.
