Project: Research

Project Details

Description

The project aims to promote awareness of and engagement with a website and online triage tool designed for people going to court without a lawyer. The products were the result of a human-centred design research process which was being tested as a methodology to overcome cultural barriers to inclusion in court processes. The Dept of Justice has agreed to sponsor the website (2022-25) and we want them to take ownership of it after this point. This would enable an impact pathway on how the Dept is supporting litigants in person. Wider engagement with the website by stakeholders will help support the case to the Dept to take on the website
