Forward Momentum: Advancing Cross-Border Physical Activity Guidance, Support and Messaging During Pregnancy and Postpartum to promote maternal health

The requested funding will enable the mobilisation, consolidation, and acceleration of this work through targeted qualitative data collection, analysis, and dissemination. Interviews with key stakeholders and service users across Ireland and Northern Ireland will generate actionable insights to inform HCP practice, service development, and policy discussions. Findings will also inform a subsequent funding application to fully co-develop, evaluate and scale a physical activity support resource for maternity and postpartum care.
