Project Details
Description
Following a successful tender to Sense NI, this application is for an evaluation of the five-year Sense NI National Lottery project ‘Touching Lives – Transforming Families’.
Sense is a national deafblind rubella association. Sense NI received funding from the National Lottery in 2016 for a five-year project to work with children (age 0-12) with hearing and/or vision loss and other complex needs and their families. This is the ‘Touching Lives – Transforming Families’ project. The project employs a family support worker in each of the 5 health trust areas in NI.
We have been commissioned by Sense NI to undertake an independent, academic evaluation of the entire five-year project. The key objective is to obtain feedback from parents, steering group members and stakeholder organisations who have engaged with the project.
