Aim To evaluate Carlisle House Substance Use Residential Rehabilitation Tier4b Service Objectives 1.Provide a detailed understanding of the current service processes and structures 2.Evaluate the positives and challenges of delivering the current service 3.Explore the programme impact on those who have engaged with the service 4.Provide recommendations for future service delivery and policy Methodological Approach To address the research aim and objectives, the study will use a mixed methods approach composed of desk-top research, administrative data analysis, surveys, focus groups and semi-structured interviews. Combining these methods will provide rich, reliable, and credible data evidencing service user and providers experiences and needs and inform recommendations for future service delivery. Regular liaison and collaboration with the Steering Group will help guide and advise the development of the project. The methodology contains two phases.
