Equipping health and social care professionals to support families when a parent of dependent children is at end of life with cancer

From the Family-centred Cancer Care (FCCC-EoLEd) programme of research, knowledge has been generated surrounding the needs and experience for families when a parent with dependent children has cancer. The initial remit of the work was focused on supporting families when a parent had a cancer diagnosis, with a more recent focus on the end of life period. The key focus of this project application is to maximise the impact and accessibility of the end of life research and related resources through educational events.
