To build a collaborative, sustainable network across the HEIs delivering SLT programmes and key partners (PPI experts; partner representatives; policymakers) on the island of Ireland.   2. To identify best practice priorities for delivering communication access rights for people living with communication disabilities and differences on the island of Ireland.
